NDURE: Swim
Whether you grew up without access to swim lessons, had negative experiences around water, or are simply ready to build confidence, this 75-minute clinic is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Our Community Water Safety Clinic is a low-cost, trauma-informed introduction to the essential skills every adult deserves to know in order to feel safer and more empowered in and around the water. This program is specifically created for adults who have little to no formal swim experience — and who may be navigating long-held fears or generational barriers to learning.

NDURE: Run Club
Every Wednesday, we lace up and log miles together. This is NDURE’s weekly run club, built on one idea: one band, one sound. We move as a community, we cover the miles together, and we leave no one behind. This space is for people who are pursuing running — whether you’re just getting into it or you’ve been at it for years. We’re not here to race each other. We’re here to run together, push each other, and conquer miles that might have felt impossible on your own. We operate party-paced, which means the goal is to keep the group moving and cover the distance together. Walking breaks happen — that’s part of running — but come with the intention to run. If you’re chasing your first 5K, building your mileage, or just need a community to keep you accountable on a Wednesday, this is your spot. Come ready to move. Come ready to be pushed. Come ready to surprise yourself. Good to Know • Built for joggers and runners — all experience levels within that welcome • Party-paced — we move and finish as one group • Walking breaks are part of the process, but the goal is to run • Wednesdays — come ready to put in miles
NDURE: Steps (Delaware)
NDURE: Steps is a community walk, jog, run designed for all paces and all levels.
Whether you’re walking at a relaxed pace, getting back into movement, pushing a stroller, or training for your next race, this space is for you. There’s no pressure to perform—just an opportunity to move your body and be part of a supportive community.
We welcome everyone from 20-minute miles to 7-minute miles. You can go at your own pace, take breaks as needed, and engage in a way that feels right for you.
Our goal is simple: create a space where movement feels accessible, encouraging, and community-driven.
Come as you are. Move at your pace. We’ll meet you there.

NDURE: Social (Philly)
NDURE: Social is a casual community meetup designed to bring people together outside of workouts and create space for real connection.
While our movement-based events allow us to connect through fitness, this gathering is all about slowing things down—having conversations, meeting new people, and building meaningful relationships within the community.
We’ll be meeting at Frankford Hall, a relaxed food hall setting where you can grab food, sit where you’d like, and freely mix and mingle throughout the evening.
Whether you’ve been to a NDURE event before or you’re new to the community, this is a great opportunity to connect, network, and just enjoy good company.
Come as you are. Pull up, grab a bite, and tap in.
