As the founder of NDURE, Badia Weeks is committed to making wellness and healthy living accessible for everyone. With a background in exercise science, personal training, and life coaching, she has spent years helping people reconnect with movement in ways that feel sustainable and empowering. Through NDURE, Badia is building spaces where people can move, learn, grow, and support one another on their wellness journeys. She believes that when community and movement come together, real transformation happens.
